The Plug-in Paging System, Model PPS-1, which consists of a Pushbutton Transmitter and a Buzzer Module , can be used as a sick room "Nurse Call" system in the home. The Pushbutton Transmitter is plugged into an electrical outlet next to the patient's bed, and the Buzzer Module is plugged into an electrical outlet where it can be heard by the caregiver.

The Plug-in Paging System can be used to page form room to room within a home.

It can also be used between apartments or condos within a building or between adjacent houses in a neighborhood, to alert a nieghbor that a sick or infirmed person needs help.

It can be used as a panic button to alert a nieghbor of a panic situation by Persons living alone.
