Order by Phone
|
You may order by phone by calling (818) 998-8569. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

|
|
Order by Fax
|
Fax your order to (818) 998-8560. Remember to include a phone or fax number
in case there are questions about your order. If you are charging your order to a credit card, please
include the card number and expiration date.

|
|
Order by Mail
|
If you mail in your order and include your check or money order, Cepco will pay the shipping charges (UPS Ground, USA only).
Checks, money orders, and cashier's check should be made payable (in US funds) to Cepco.
California residents only, please add 8.25%
sales tax to your order.
Please mail orders to: Cepco, P.O.Box 5377, Chatsworth, CA 91313.
Cepco will honor Purchase Orders from Governments (City, County, State, Federal) and
recognized Institutions (Schools, Colleges, Universities, etc.,)

International Orders
|
All International orders must be prepaid with credit card
(VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), wire transfer,
traveler's check, cashier's check, or money order drawn on a U.S. bank in
U.S. funds only.
Cepco cannot accept letters of credit as a form of payment.
For credit card orders please advise us as to the name on the credit card,
the expiration date, and credit card billing address.

Product Warranty
|
Our warranty extends for one year from time of purchase. Any product, that has been subjected to normal use, and sent to us with the transportation charges paid, will be repaired or replaced (at our option), and returned free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or tampering.
The repair of product out of warranty will be subject to a service charge.
